Another hero, Lightning Max, observes him from a distance, contemplating whether to attack or wait for backup. However, his indecision proves costly as Deep Sea King suddenly appears behind him, catching him off guard.
Despite Lightning Max’s attempt to strike the monster with an explosive kick, it proves ineffective.
Nervous and realizing his inability to win, Lightning Max faces a brutal punch from Deep Sea King, sending him crashing through a building’s glass window.
As the building collapses, Lightning Max, battered and bleeding, plans his escape. Deep Sea King, however, intercepts him, setting the stage for a life-threatening confrontation.
In a surprising turn, Lightning Max unleashes a powerful backward roundhouse kick, creating a lightning effect upon impact. Despite the seemingly successful attack, Lightning Max is thrown out of the building and lies on the street.
Just as the collapsing building threatens Lightning Max’s life, hero Puri-puri Prisoner rescues him in the nick of time. Puri-puri Prisoner, having broken out of prison to see Lightning Max, demonstrates his strength and heroism.
Sonic, another character, arrives on the scene, both wearing prison clothes, and they engage in a conversation while the silhouette of Deep Sea King looms in the dust.
