OPM Manga Chapter 40.6 showcases the villain Garo and his first appearance defeating enemies singlehandedly.
This chapter opens when Bang receives a delivery of lobsters and instructs Saitama and Genos to eat them. While Genos declines, Saitama insists on enjoying the meal.
Charanko arrives with vegetables and begins chopping them. Bang, Genos, and Saitama join in to help with the cooking.
Curious about napa cabbage, Saitama asks Charanko, who didn’t buy it, leading to a disagreement between Genos and Charanko.
Bang intervenes and buys napa cabbage instead while instructing Charanko to get along with Saitama and Genos.
As they finish cooking, a gang from the Bad Roads School arrives, looking to challenge Bang’s dojo. Charanko faces the gang leader while Saitama and Genos prepare to eat.
One gang member attacks Charanko, who gets scared but is saved by Saitama’s chopstick catch.
The situation escalates as the gang threatens to stomp Japanese Spiny Lobsters, but Genos intervenes. He defeats one of the gang members, and Saitama deals with the rest using chopsticks.
Bang returns to find his dojo in disarray due to the gang’s intrusion.
Defeated and injured, the gang members encounter Garo on the road, who introduces himself as a villain and beats them further. In a bonus page, captured monsters are transported in a bus.
The monsters idolize the one of them who got defeated by King.
Cut to the scene, King watches a figurine of himself with exaggerated muscles, and Saitama complains about a poorly crafted Saitama strap, prompting Genos to contact the manufacturer.
The chapter concludes with King being chased by a monster bee.
