In One Punch Man Chapter 43, Saitama and Fubuki engage in a serious confrontation. Fubuki removes her coat, revealing her intention to face Saitama directly.
She releases her psychic powers, causing debris to accumulate around her, and powers up for an attack named “Hellstorm.”
Despite Fubuki’s powerful assault, Saitama remains unfazed. Fubuki unleashes a barrage of attacks, including a tornado of debris and splitting the ground to sandwich Saitama.
However, Saitama effortlessly counters each move and lectures Fubuki about relying on factions and preying on newbies to secure ranks.
Fubuki intensifies her attacks, lifting rocks with psychic powers and launching them at Saitama. Despite her efforts, Saitama faces the debris head-on and remains unharmed.
Fubuki resorts to using a bladed weapon, slashing Saitama’s head, but he appears unscathed.
A massive explosion erupts in a surprising turn of events, blinding the surroundings. As the dust settles, Fubuki is on her knees with a bleeding eye. It is revealed that Saitama shielded her from the explosion.
Genos, searching for Saitama, appears, recognizing Fubuki as Class B Rank 1 Hellish Blizzard. Saitama’s prowess is evident as Fubuki learns that Genos is his pupil.
Sonic, in the shadows, launches an attack with exploding shurikens, surprising Fubuki even more.
As the dust clears, Saitama, Genos, and Fubuki emerge, and Sonic, perched on a light pole, observes the aftermath. The chapter ends with Genos and Sonic acknowledging their fight as a draw, as either one can damage the other.
