The chapter opens with chaos as a giant monster, Gigakigan, approaches the city, causing panic among the citizens. Gigakigan vows to eradicate all humans with its rock-like appearance.
Tatsumaki, also known as Tornado, swiftly appears and effortlessly destroys Gigakigan.
A Hero Association agent thanks her, but Tornado, irritated by the lackluster response of other heroes, leaves in frustration, deeming others incompetent.
Later, Tornado brushes her teeth and contacts the Association about monster sightings, only to discover that Flashy Flash has been assigned for the day.
Meanwhile, Flashy Flash sits on a defeated monster’s corpse as Tornado plans her day.
Tornado, bored and dissatisfied, lies down and decides to watch the news about monster sightings in City Z. Upon arriving, she discovers the monsters already eliminated, leaving her disappointed at the lack of a worthy fight.
As Tornado contemplates her boredom, she receives a monster update in City Z and swiftly flies there.
In City Z, Class C Rank 11 Armored Assistant Manager faces a Threat Level Wolf monster, Hotdog.
Tornado suddenly arrives and, without hesitation, destroys Hotdog and a portion of the ground as she lands. Proudly declaring herself the winner, Tornado swiftly flies off while Saitama lies down enjoying the day.
