Spoiler Summary [Click to show or hide]:

OPM Manga Chapter 74 gives us more of the Monster Association’s plans as Gyoro-Gyoro…

…monitors the events outside the city after Nyaan monsterized the prisoners and Gouketsu, the martial artist. This chapter also shows just how much more powerful Gouketsu is compared to Bakuzan.

The cities are up in smoke as Gyoro-Gyoro orchestrates widespread destruction and fear.

Using a one-eyed monster with wings, Gyoro-Gyoro observes the chaos, pleased with the havoc they have caused.

Within the monster’s base, a child, the son of an executive, is held captive by Phoenix Man. Gyoro-Gyoro reminds the monsters that weak creatures are mere cannon fodder while they focus on monsterizing strong humans.

Gyoro-Gyoro assigns tasks to different monsters; Nyaan is tasked with monsterizing prisoners, while Gouketsu is in charge of handling martial artists.

Anticipating the arrival of S-Class heroes, Gyoro-Gyoro urges Gouketsu to depart promptly using his one-eyed monster monitor.

Gouketsu agrees and plans to bring Bakuzan to the Monster Association’s hideout despite Bakuzan’s irritation.

Gouketsu reminds Bakuzan of the existence of an even stronger monster, as well as the Monster King, who is the strongest, cautioning him against showing arrogance.

In a display of defiance, Bakuzan attacks Gouketsu, claiming to be the strongest. However, Gouketsu effortlessly dodges Bakuzan’s blows and retaliates with his own powerful attacks.

Despite Bakuzan’s relentless assault, Gouketsu remains composed, blocking his attacks with ease.

Suddenly, Gouketsu unleashes a devastating punch, creating a massive hole in the stadium and leaving Bakuzan immobilized.

With other monsters en route to their base, Gouketsu departs, leaving Bakuzan behind in the ruins of Z-City.

The chapter concludes with a sense of impending danger as the Monster Association’s plans unfold, and the heroes brace themselves for the inevitable confrontation.
