In One Punch Man Chapter 137, Fubuki, Bomb, and Bang surprise other heroes as they arrive.
Atomic Samurai asks Child Emperor for an explanation regarding Bang’s exclusion from the mission, but Bang steps in to explain himself.
Bang thanks Child Emperor, and Fubuki expresses concern about her sister, Tatsumaki, losing consciousness.
Tatsumaki is seen kneeling on the tip of the tower, extending her hands while covered in blood. Jet Psykos crashes after being hit by Drive Knight, turning her attention to Tatsumaki.
She fires at Tatsumaki, but Drive Knight transforms into a robot to block her attacks, although one missile gets through. Genos appears beside Tatsumaki and destroys the incoming beam, angering Jet Psykos.
Genos notices Tatsumaki’s condition. She then remembers her childhood imprisonment.
Flashback to 18 years ago, when a monster rampages in a lab, and a young Tatsumaki pleads to be released. As the monster approaches her, Blast arrives, introducing himself while holding a cube.
Blast questions Tatsumaki about her powers, leading to an emotional exchange where Tatsumaki reveals her parents sold her. Blast consoles her, reminding her that her sister needs her.
Back in the present, Fubuki tries to call out to Tatsumaki using psychic, who wakes up and powers up even more.
Drive Knight shoots while chasing Jet Psykos, who heads toward a crack in the ground and enters a dark tunnel. Drive Knight pursues, destroying rubble and noticing scattered Monster King’s cells.
Tatsumaki flicks her finger, collapsing the tunnel in front of Jet Psykos.
Jet Psykos transforms into a monster dog and then back into a jet fighter to dodge attacks. Drive Knight and Genos team up, grabbing onto Jet Psykos as they brace against an attack.
