Darkshine appears, surprising Metal Bat. He reveals that he has retired from hero work and is grateful to Neo Heroes for giving him a new life. However, someone mocks Darkshine.
Metal Bat angrily approaches the mocker with his bat, but Sekingar stops him.
Relieved, Metal Bat asks who the arrogant man with the cigar is. Mr. McCoy introduces him as Ryumon, leader of a gang with 400 members.
Ryumon grins at Metal Bat, and another hero, Axel, leader of the monster-hunting group “Hunter,” appears behind him.
Another figure, Infelsinave, founder of the “Church of Otherworldly Reincarnation,” joins them.
Suiryu and Child Emperor observe them as Zaedats, a wealthy businessman funding Neo Heroes, arrives. While they talk, a woman named Wavygyaza, dressed elegantly, appears.
Suiryu tries to impress Wavygyaza by swiftly appearing behind her and touching her shoulder, but it burns him.
Mr. McCoy introduces Wavygyaza as a popular singer idol, and she expresses her desire to surpass Sweet Mask.
Child Emperor, Metal Bat, and Darkshine introduce themselves to her.
Suddenly, a large sumo wrestler appears beside Darkshine, asking if he truly won’t fight anymore. Darkshine is intimidated.
