In OPM Manga Chapter 114, chaos ensues as Pig God devours a small monster, only to be swallowed…

…whole by the executive Disaster Level Dragon, Gums. Inside Gums’ stomach, Pig God struggles, prompting Gums to vomit him alive.

The two engage in a fierce battle, their faces and mouths colliding while tackling each other in a desperate struggle for survival.

Meanwhile, in a dark tunnel, an injured monster with thorns covering his body wanders alone, wounded.

As Okamaitachi, IAIron, and Bushidrill come across an open room, they witness the injured monster knock over a fish tank, unleashing its contents onto the floor.

Disaster strikes again as the Mad Doctor Fish, a Disaster Level Tiger, attacks the injured monster.

Water engulfs the scene as Okamaitachi, IAIron, and Bushidrill watch the fishes devour the monster. As they spread out to confront the threat, IAIron easily dispatches the small fish.

However, their respite is short-lived as Evil Spring Water, a formidable Disaster Level Dragon monster, appears before them, presenting a new and daunting challenge.

The monster's name is Disaster Level Dragon Gums. He opens his mouth while salivating.
Gums looks in pain as someone from inside his stomach starts moving hard.
Gums vomits Pig God, who now crouches while covered in saliva. His eyes glow.
Gums and Pig God tackle one another with their faces and mouths colliding.
Cut to the scene, an injured monster walks alone in a tunnel.
The monster has many thorns on his body while holding his left injured arm. Two pairs of footwalks.
Okamaitachi, IAIron, and Bushidrill appear and see an open room.
IAIron sees the injured monster standing close to a fish tank with small fish and two eyes.
The injured monster pushed the fish tank from its stand and broke it, causing water to spill on the floor.
The injured monster suddenly gets wounded after Disaster Level Tiger Mad Doctor Fish attacks him.
The water from the fish tank engulfs the injured monster. Okamaitachi, IAIron, and Bushidrill watches him devoured.
Okamaitachi, IAIron, and Bushidrill spread out while the monster water stands. Mad Doctor Fish attacks IAIron.
IAIron easily slashes the small fish and kills them.
IAIron notices a stream passing nearby and discovers his sword getting carved with a small arc.
The Disaster Level Dragon monster Evil Spring Water appears before them.
