In One Punch Man Chapter 139, Manako, Flashy Flash, and Saitama investigate a dark hole using Manako’s searchlight.

Despite shining the light on Saitama’s head, they see nothing until they hear a voice urging them to touch the box.

Suddenly, a mini black hole appears behind them, revealing Blast, who appears wearing shades and his hero uniform. Blast effortlessly picks up the cube and spins it, prompting questions from the trio.

As the voice recognizes Blast, he sends the cube to another dimension.

Doubtful, Flashy Flash attacks Blast with “Flashy Kicks,” but Blast appears behind him, surprising him. Blast notices Manako, making her nervous, but Saitama explains her role as their guide.

Blast creates a black hole below them and leaves, taking them with him.

Meanwhile, on the surface, Child Emperor blames himself for excluding Bang and Genos, but Zombieman consoles him. Suddenly, glowing lights show up and approach them, causing a massive explosion.

Zombieman’s body is destroyed, and Homeless Emperor appears.

Tatsumaki, in another scene, throws the giant, glowing spear at Orochi below, causing the ground to crack and the spear to penetrate downward.

It burrows deep underground, completely destroying Orochi and reaching a sacrificial altar.

Suddenly, a mini blackhole appears behind them.
Blast shows up from the blackhole and meets Saitama, Flashy Flash, and Manako.

Blast easily picks up the cube and spins it on his forefinger. The trio asks questions about it.
The voice recognizes Blast. Blast sends the cube to other dimension while Flashy Flash looks surprised.
Flashy Flash is doubtful and tries to test if he really is Blast.
Flashy Flash attacks Blast with a barrage of attacks called "Flashy Kicks".
Blast suddenly appears behind Flashy Flash, who now looks surprised.
Blast notices Manako. Manako is nervous and sweating, and she looks at Saitama. Saitama stares back at her.
Saitama explains that Manako is their tour guide and flashlight. Blast releases his power, and his arms glow.
Blast connects his fist, and a black hole with glowing edges appears below them.
Back to the surface, the heroes watch the huge spear. Child Emperor kneels, blaming himself for excluding Bang and Genos.
Child Emperor tells Zombieman to lead the heroes, but Amai Mask tends to disagree.
Child Emperor disagrees with Amai Mask. Zombieman consoles him, saying it's alright.
Zombieman and Amai Mask look at each other.
Amai Mask sees glowing lights that move toward them. Zombieman pushes Child Emperor, and a huge explosion occurs.
Zombieman's body is destroyed as Child Emperor watches the squirting blood. Homeless Emperor appears.
Back at Tatsumaki, she throws the giant, glowing, spinning spear at Orochi below.
The giant, glowing, spinning spear hits the ground, causing the cracks to glow.
Tatsumaki flicks her finger, and the giant spear starts rotating while penetrating downward.
The spear burrows downward. Pig God and IAIron watches in amazement.
The spear penetrates the ground and completely destroys Orochi. It reaches the lavas as well.
The spear reaches a sacrificial altar deep underground.
