…showed a similarity with our one-punch hero during his early days.
The young gentleman is a hero belonging to the Blizzard Group of Fubuki, a group of heroes forming a “clan” in the Hero Association.
They track a criminal named Banero and defeat him after a fight- 1 vs many members of Blizzard Group.
After discussing how they will share the points, a monster with a Threat Level Demon called Demon Fan appears. Demon Fan has the head of a fan as his primary weapon.
This monster defeated the Blizzard Group, including their leader, Fubuki. Before they get finished by the monster, Terrible Tornado, a S-Class rank 2 hero, comes to rescue them.
After defeating the monster, Terrible Tornado left, bringing with her the unconscious Fubuki. Then Saitama arrived after hearing the news about the monster.
The young hero with glasses told Saitama that the monster was defeated, but they noticed that it started regenerating.
Saitama wanted to fight the monster, but the young gentleman urged him to run because he was only a C-Class hero and would get himself killed.
Saitama one-punched Demon Fan totally destroyed it, leaving the gentleman dumbstruck of his strength. Saitama then started leaving to catch up with the day’s SALE, and this made the young gentleman relate to him.
The last page of this chapter shows the young gentleman training on his own to become stronger without relying on the factions within the Hero Association.
