One Punch Man Chapter 52 – No Putting Back

OPM Manga Chapter 52 sets the stage for the kidnapping of the director’s child and Saitama…

…entering the tournament. This chapter is short, and there’s not much action going on here.

The chapter begins in the Hero Association base, where directors discuss an assault on Director Zeimeet by the notorious Hero Hunter Garou and decide to provide Class S escort to executives.

In Garou’s base, he marks off heroes he has taken down while setting his gaze on King. Meanwhile, King, occupied with a video game, refuses bodyguard duties requested by the Hero Association.

The scene shifts to Metal Bat in a restaurant, surprised by an unexpected bodyguard mission.

While Metal Bat argues with the father and son over table manners, he receives a call from his sister. He explains the importance of his mission and feels tremors on the ground.

Rushing back to the restaurant, Metal Bat finds monsters kidnapping the director’s son.

A giant centipede and Venus flytrap monster appear, intending to take the kid hostage. Metal Bat intervenes, gearing up to rescue the child.

The director expresses gratitude as Metal Bat prepares for the impending battle.

In the bottom panel, Saitama registers for the martial arts tournament.

The directors identified the thug as the Hero Hunter Garou and issued an alert.
Garou, in his base, crosses out the images of the heroes he had taken out and now looks at King.
King is playing video games and talking to someone on the phone while sitting down.
King refuses to do bodyguard duties as he's busy fighting monsters in a video game. The scene cuts to Metal Bat in a restaurant.
Metal Bat is surprised about the Bodyguard Mission with a fat director and his son ordering sushi.
Metal Bat argues about not putting empty plates on a shelf while the father and son enjoy their meal.
Meta Bat gets pissed but suddenly gets interrupted by a phone call from his sister.
Metal Bat explains to his sister on the phone that he's on an important mission.
Metal bat suddenly gets nervous and dashes back to the restaurant as he hears the kid calling his father.
A monster centipede and a Venus flytrap monster suddenly show up from the ground and grab the kid.
The two monsters plan to take the kid hostage, but Metal Bat interrupts them.
Metal Bat prepares to rescue the kid while the director thanks him. The bottom panel is Saitama, registering for the tournament.
Fubuki is on the beach wearing a see-through t-shirt that shows her bra and bikini with her wet body.
