OPM Manga Chapter 69 shifts us to two settings- one is at the dojo where Atomic Samurai asks…

…for the Council of Swordmasters’ help, but one of them turns into a monster, and the scene changes to the tournament where Saitama (Charanko) and Suiryu is about to fight.

A dojo in G City’s mountain wilderness sets the stage for the confrontation between the council members and Garou.

Atomic Samurai addresses the council, consisting of Nichirin, Amahare, Zanbai, and Haragiri, expressing concerns about Garou, his former student.

The councils offer help, but Haragiri, seemingly uninterested and drunk, introduces monster cells that can enhance abilities.

Haragiri reveals allegiance to the Monster Association, leading to a confrontation with Atomic Samurai and the councils.

Haragiri transforms into a monster, prompting a battle. Despite Haragiri’s attempt to coerce the others into consuming monster cells, Atomic Samurai dismisses him as foolish.

The clash results in Haragiri’s demise, turning him into minced meat.

Outside, Atomic Samurai reunites with his disciples, expressing his intent to strike against the Monster Association. Meanwhile, the operator controlling Metal Knight seeks answers from Gyoro-Gyoro about their goals.

The scene transitions to Saitama (Charanko) receiving warnings from Sourface about his next opponent.

Inside the coliseum, Saitama (Charanko) faces Choze, who reveals their plan to rule the world. Saitama (Charanko) nonchalantly defeats Choze with a single punch, exciting the crowd.

The announcer recaps Saitama’s victories, and the focus shifts to Suiryu, who confidently walks towards the stage to face Saitama (Charanko).

The two stand face to face as the referee announces the beginning of their fight.

Atomic Samurai tells them that Silver Fang may lose since Garou is his former student raised by his own hand.

Atomic Samurai is grateful for the three councils' help, but the fourth one calls him boring.

Haragiri gets a package of cloth that contains something while the other councils curiously look at it.
Haragiri tells them these are monster cells that can dramatically improve them, but the other councils look suspicious.
Haragiri makes a sword stance and tells them he has joined the Monster Association.
Nichiri asks Haragiri to put down his sword, but he slowly transforms into a monster and plans on defeating the four of them.
The oil candle burns stronger as Haragiri tells Atomic Samurai he is now a monster.
Monster Haragiri tells the council to take the monster's cells and informs them that he is much faster now.
Haragiri prepares to draw his sword to kill Atomic Samurais while the four councils remain calm.
Haragiri gives the council three seconds to eat the monster cells, but Atomic Samurai tells him he is stupid.
Haragiri slashes Atomic Samurai's head using his katana.

Choze assures him of defeating Saitama (Charanko), who tells him he is just full of himself.
Saitama (Charanko) yawns while punching Choze, which suddenly sends him flying.
The crowd goes wild after Saitama (Charanko) wins again with one punch while the defeated participants watch him.
The announcer recaps the previous fights between Saitama and Suiryu.
The announcer announces about Suiryu, who stands confidently with clenched fists.
Suiryu walks to the stage to face Saitama (Charanko), who is now waiting for him.
