As tensions escalate, a sudden act of violence rocks the meeting, leaving one executive dead and the rest reeling in shock.

However, their panic is short-lived as the powerful S-Class hero Darkshine Superalloy intervenes, swiftly dispatching the threat. Darkshine’s display of strength and confidence momentarily calms the executives, offering a glimpse of hope amidst the chaos.

Meanwhile, deep within the Monster Association’s headquarters, Gyoro-Gyoro lays out their sinister plans for world domination, with the monstrous King Orochi at the helm.

As dissent among the monsters simmers, Gyoro-Gyoro attempts to maintain control while orchestrating their next move.

Outside the meeting, the hero hunter Garou awakens, nursing his wounds and plotting his next move.

Across the city, Saitama and King engage in a friendly video game battle, providing a brief respite from the impending crisis.

The messenger slowly transformed into a monster named Disaster Level: Tiger Destructochloridium.
The directors are afraid, with one pointing a gun at him, but director Sitch says to let him say the message.
The monster messenger stands and holds an eye that speaks and introduces himself as Gyoro-Gyoro.

The monsterized man named Destructochloridium shoots the executive in the head using a handgun.
Gyoro-Gyoro starts laughing evilly while the H.A. executives are sweating intensely after one of them got killed.
Executive Sitch gets angry and asks if the hostage is alive. The Eye, Gyoro-Gyoro, invites the H.A. to send their strongest heroes to try and rescue the hostage.
The Eye, Gyoro-Gyoro, exploded, and the executives were shocked. Destructochloridium starts reloading his gun as the talk ends.
A huge muscular hand grabs Destructochloridium and throws him to a wall.
The enormous muscular guy is the S-Class hero Darkshine Superalloy. The executives thank him, but Sitch says it's not over.
A small parasite monster crawls out and attacks the muscular body of Darkshine Superalloy with its pointed limb.
The small monster bounces back as he can't penetrate Darkshine's body. Darkshine claps him.
Darkshine tells the destroyed tiny monster that his muscles pump iron.
The executives are panicking, but Darkshine remains calm and coughs a little, trying to calm them down.
Darkshine calls their attention by flexing his strong and shiny muscles as the executives stop to look at him.
The executives calm down, and Darkshine Superalloy starts talking about their confidence in the heroes' strength.
Darkshine Superalloy creates an aura while in serious mode. The scene shifts to a circular staircase leading underground.
A bunch of monsters gathers in the Monster Association Headquarters for a meeting with Gyoro-Gyoro at the center.
Gyoro-Gyoro lays out his plans to exterminate the heroes using the hostage, and the other monsters listen to him.
Gyoro-Gyoro stands before the giant Monster King Orochi as he proclaims their plans to rule the world under him.
Another monster voices out, not approving of serving under Orochi. Monster King Orochi notices him.
One of Monster King Orochi's horns extends and impales another monster that looks like a cockroach.
The pierced monster is Awakened Cockroach, and he's about to get eaten by Orochi.
Orochi ate Awakened Cockroach, and Gyoro-Gyoro looked at the female monster named Super S.
Super S reasons out, and Gyoro-Gyoro tells Orochi that her ability can be useful.
Super S is sweating as King Orochi gives her one last chance. Gyoro-Gyoro informs everyone they are free to challenge Orochi.
Some monsters approve of the challenge, and King Orochi notices Gouketsu's absence. Gyoro-Gyoro tries to find him.
Cut to the scene, Garou wakes up inside an establishment where he got smacked into after Saitama kicked him.
Garou remembers King's moves, gets out of the establishment, and sees someone walking.
Garou hides after seeing A-Class Hero Death Gatling.
Garou looks hurt and tries to move away from Death Gatling, who now starts looking behind him.
Cut to the scene, Saitama and King play a video game.
Saitama and King are fighting in their video game, and their characters are about to clash.
A bunny woman character attacks a monster character in the video game.
Saitama is sweating intensely as he looks very surprised that his video game character is defeated.
Cut to the scene, the remote winged Eye of Gyoro-Gyoro sees the defeated body of Gouketsu without a head and chest.
Gyoro-Gyoro is surprised to see the defeated body of Gouketsu. Cut to the scene King says sorry to Saitama, who is shivering, after defeating him in the video game.
