Despite Silver Fang’s efforts, Garou remains at large, prompting discussions about calling upon the elusive hero, Blast.

Tensions rise as Mr. Narinki, whose son has been abducted, expresses frustration at the lack of progress in rescuing him. However, Commander Sekingal attempts to reassure him and take charge of the rescue operation.

Meanwhile, Tatsumaki, with Darkshine Superalloy and Pig God behind her, wants to launch an attack on the monster’s hideout.

Child Emperor searches for the base’s location while Tatsumaki plans a destructive assault on City Z. Sekingal calms her down, reminding her of the child hostage.

However, the situation takes a turn when Drive Knight infiltrates the Monster Association’s base but loses contact shortly after.

Tatsumaki remains determined to proceed despite the risks, while Sekingal contemplates the three-day ultimatum they face.

Elsewhere, heroes such as Atomic Samurai and his disciples make their own preparations, each with their own objectives in mind.

Sweet Mask’s arrival adds further tension to the situation, causing friction among the heroes.

As the heroes mobilize for battle and tensions escalate, Fubuki arrives at Saitama’s apartment seeking assistance. Saitama is pissed that Garou didn’t attack him and thinks it’s probably because he is the Caped Baldy.

Meanwhile, Mr. Narinki assembles a squad to rescue his son, Waganma, with the promise of a hefty reward.

With their uniforms and weapons at the ready, the rescue squad embarks on their mission, determined to bring Waganma home safely.

Zombieman stands in front of a small, unassuming building, thinking he got him.
Darkshine Superalloy tells Atomic Samurai and his disciples to stand by.
Atomic Samurai says they searched for the monster's hideout everywhere, but Darkshine Superalloy says it's in Z City.
Okamaitachi admires Sweet Mask, who suddenly appears behind a sliding door.
Sweet Mask says something not good to Atomic Samurai and his disciples.
Sweet Mask provokes Atomic Samurai, who now looks pissed despite showing a fake smile.
Cut to the scene, Puri-Puri Prisoner exits the prison's front door.

Fubuki rings the doorbell, and Bomb opens the door. She gets invited inside Saitama's apartment.
Fubuki sees Genos, Bang, and King inside Saitama's apartment.
Bang and Bomb sit, Saitama and King play video games, and Genos tells Fubuki they are not taking any disciples.
Bang asks Fubuki for his compress. Fubuki is sweating and looks surprised.
Fubuki shouts in distress, saying the whole Blizzard Group is defeated. He tells Saitama they are in an emergency.
Fubuki is still confused after seeing Bang, Bomb, and other heroes in Saitama's apartment.
Fubuki explains about the powerful monsters and invites Saitama to sit down and have a strategic meeting.
Fubuki asks them about the update from the H.A. base, but their communicators are broken or lost.
King, Bang, Bomb, and Genos say they can't participate in the battle for a while.

Saitama is suddenly pissed thinking Garou didn't hunt him. He quickly puts on his hero costume and starts leaving.
Saitama decides to look for Garou and beat him. Fubuki looks desperate as Saitama slips again from her recruitment.
Cut to the scene, Mr. Narinki forms a squad to rescue his son Waganma after calling the Hero Association useless.
Mr. Narinki says they will get a lot of money if they rescue their son. The squad comprises nine members.
The rescue squad, with their uniforms and weapons, starts walking to rescue the director's son, Waganma.
